TYLER MATTHEWS

Tyler founded FastFenom Basketball Training in 2016 with a mission to help basketball players exceed not only their athletic goals, but also their life goals through training to maximize their individual improvement

both on & off th court!

Tyler has extensively researched skill acquisition & how to get players to transfer their abilities acquired in practice to the highly-competitive game. Along with the physical experimentation of various training methods Tyler has also watched thousands of hours of film from 8 year old AAU games all the way up to the NBA.

The contagious passion Tyler has for overall personal improvement, but especially athletic improvement, goes unmatched. He can translate basketball skills/concepts in a simple manner to teach them to an 8 year old or he can break down every nuance to give detail and value a professional player may even have not yet experienced.

Along with his ability to communicate the game of basketball Tyler has the physical ability to demonstrate skills at a world-class level which is why hoopers from all across the world seek his expertise.

Tyler hopes to inspire the love of constant improvement both physically & mentally while helping those he comes in contact with maximize their life potential!

Throughout Terrence's pro career he traveled to 10+ countries and dominated multiple top leagues around the world. In this time he gained invaluable experience that he now shares w the athletes who train with him!

He saw & experienced first hand the many methods of basketball development around the world which has led him to a unique ability to develop any & every player regardless of current age/skill level.

Terrence's passion is to see athletes improve their game! He does this by bringing out their maximum effort in workouts to ultimately maximize their in-game abilities.

Terrence's training sessions include detailed teaching to give athletes an understand of the skills being trained. Every workout includes skill work with read & react situations that help transfer to live game play.
